Flogging/Spanking /Torture and yes it's a cross,  this does so many different things like tickling so one name will not fit this devise.  As you can see you kneel on the pads face in or out and the arms are tied to the adjustable arm supports. The arm supports are adjustable up and down (see photo below) and is adjustable for short to tall people also.  This is a one of a kind like all our furniture and stands 72" tall, 29" wide and depth is 31".The up right is adjustable in and out to 5". and comes padded all over with (8 )2" straps.
